Aurore Rara Neagră from Fautor Winery is a testament to the elegance and finesse that the Rara Neagră grape can achieve from Valul lui Traian wine region.

Brilliant ruby-red with luminous garnet reflections. 

The bouquet opens with refined spice notes of clove and subtle vanilla, followed by a vivid core of red fruits. Sour cherry pits, ripe cherries, pomegranate, and plums dominate, complemented by forest berries and blueberries. 

On the palate, the red wine is dry, complex, and full-bodied, yet remarkably balanced. Juicy ripe cherries take center stage, enhanced by lightly spiced undertones and a delicate sweetness in the tannic structure. The tannins are smooth, well-integrated, and polished, providing structure while preserving freshness and drinkability.

Medium to full-bodied with a silky mouthfeel. The balance between fruit concentration, acidity, and oak aging creates a poised and refined profile. Long and persistent, with lingering notes of red forest fruits, pomegranate, and gentle spice. The aftertaste is elegant, fruity, and satisfying, leaving a lasting impression of depth and balance.

Matured for 6 months in French oak barrels, contributing subtle complexity, finesse, and roundness.
