The Grüner Veltliner wine from Ried Steinhaus is deeply ingrained in its terroir, characterized by wheathered, hard granite soil layered with a light humus.

This soil composition coupled with the vineyard's slightly southwest orientation, ensures optimal sunlight exposure.

The winemaking process is meticulous and time-honored, beginning with the base wine aging in large acacia wood barrels for 8 months.
