Produced from 100% Nebbiolo, this Ghemme Victor red wine from Cascina Ca'Nova expresses both structure and elegance, shaped by extended maturation—a minimum of 18 months in oak barrels followed by at least 24 months in bottle.
In the glass, it reveals an intense ruby color with garnet reflections, gently fading towards the rim, a hallmark of Nebbiolo’s evolution.
The nose is very intense and layered, opening with morello cherry and evolving into complex notes of green tobacco, balsamic nuances, and violet, all underpinned by a distinct mineral vein that reflects its terroir.
