Crafted in the tradition of Castel Mimi, this Vișinata is a tribute to the legendary Constantin Mimi and the art of transforming fruit into pure indulgence.

Made exclusively from the juiciest sour cherries handpicked from households around Castel Mimi, each fruit is carefully selected to ensure optimal ripeness and intensity. Through a special extraction method, 100% natural sour cherry juice is obtained and then slowly infused with sugar and rectified alcohol. The liqueur matures for eight months, allowing its flavours to harmonise into a rich, velvety expression with a ruby-red color.

On the nose, it reveals an intense and authentic sour cherry aroma, vibrant and inviting. The palate is generous and round, with a smooth texture and a pronounced sour cherry character. Despite its sweetness (150 g/dm³), it remains fresh and balanced, finishing delicate yet long-lasting, with a pleasant fruity persistence.
