Domaine la Prut Blanc de Noir Brut is a white sparkling wine made from red Fetească Neagră grapes, crafted through secondary fermentation in the bottle. The grapes are pressed gently and the juice is quickly separated from the skins to avoid extracting any colour. The result is an elegant white wine with personality and structure, made from a red variety.

Crafted the Traditional Way

Produced by the traditional method, with fermentation in the bottle, this sparkling wine has a sugar content of 9 g/l, placing it firmly in the Brut category. Fetească Neagră gives the wine body, depth and delicate fruit notes, while preserving the freshness and finesse that define a fine white sparkling wine.
